On 19th of April, First Deputy Chairman of the Religious Board of Muslims of the Russian Federation, Rector of the Moscow Islamic Institute, Executive Secretary of the Muslim International Forum Damir Mukhetdinov took part in the evening of the United Arab Emirates, which was held in the Ramadan Tent on Poklonnaya Hill in Moscow.
