Chairman of the Religious Board of Muslims of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Russia Mufties Counil, member of the Council for Interaction with Religious Associations under the President of the Russian Federation, General Secretary of the Muslim International Forum Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin has sent a letter of congratulations to the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the occasion of the national day of the State of Kuwait.
