For the first time in African history, an observant Muslim woman became the head of State. The number of countries where Muslim women become the first persons in the world is low. In Africa, they did not exist at all before Samia Suluhu took charge.

On Friday 19th of March Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin met at his residence in the Moscow Cathedral Mosque with the Adviser on Religious Affairs of the Turkish Embassy in Moscow, Omer Faruk Savuran.
