Islamic encyclopedia and spelling dictionary to be published in Kazakhstan
According to the Religious administration of Muslims of Kazakhstan (RAMK), the idea of creating an Islamic encyclopedia was announced at a meeting of the Council of Scientists in Ust-Kamenogorsk, where the Supreme Mufti of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nauryzbay Taganuly arrived on a working visit the day before.

Presenting the concept of the Islamic encyclopedia, the scientist, head of the Department of Ancient Literature and Turkology of the Institute of Literature and Art named for M. Auezov, Candidate of Philological Sciences Torali Kydyr noted that the book will be compiled alphabetically from 4-5 volumes, each volume - from 560-640 pages. Images of famous people, historical figures, geographical data, and much more will be used as illustrations.

Nauryzbai Taganuly instructed the Ulema Council to start writing the first volume as soon as possible.

In addition, it is planned to release a spelling dictionary, which will accumulate all religious terms.

The Muftiat and the Religious Administration of Muslims of Kazahstan (RAMK) are also actively working on the production of other printed materials, documents, and books that will serve for the benefit of Islam. So, in fact, 35 conceptual documents have been adopted that address issues of family and marriage, medicine, law, finance, and others, about a hundred different fatwas have been approved, and eight books on topical issues of religion have been published.
A concept document, two research projects and 11 fatwas are currently under discussion - on alimony collection, abortion, real estate rental, poultry slaughter, drinking alcohol, etc.
