Chairman of the Religious Board of Muslims of Russia and Council of Muftis of Russia? General Secretary of Muslim International Forum Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin sent his congratulations to the Minister of waqfs and Islamic Affairs of the Geis bin Mubarak Al-Qawari on the occasion of the National day of Qatar.

On behalf of the Russian Ummah, Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin wished Qatar and its people further prosperity, stability and a quick settlement of differences with neighboring countries of the Persian Gulf. The religious leader of Muslims of Russia expressed hope that after the end of the pandemic, the exchange of delegations and active cooperation in the implementation of religious, cultural, educational and educational projects will resume.

Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gainutdin stressed the readiness of the RBM  of the Russian Federation and the RMC (Russia Mufties Council)  to fully cooperate with the Ministry of Waqf and Islamic Affairs, the al-Fanar Islamic cultural center and the Qatar University. The mufti noted that Qatar is an example of an Arab country that keeps up with the times, develops technologically, has weight in the international arena and at the same time preserves Islamic culture, carefully treats its roots and traditions.

In conclusion, the religious leader of the Muslims of Russia expressed hope that bilateral cooperation between the RBM of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Waqf and Islamic Affairs will be strengthened by signing a Memorandum of cooperation in the near future.
