Saudi Arabia has opened mosques in the cities of Pakistan
On 15th of November, the Government of Saudi Arabia presented two mosques built in the cities of Mansehra and Muzaffarabad and handed them over to the authorities of Pakistan.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by its Embassy in Islamabad, handed over the King Abdul - Aziz Mosque in Mansera and the King Fahd Mosque in Muzaffarabad to the Government of Pakistan and the fraternal Pakistani people in the presence of the Minister of Religious Affairs, Mr. Nur-ul-Haq Qadri," the statement said.

The King Abdul - Aziz Mosque in Mansehra accommodates more than 10,000 thousand worshippers, and the King Fahd Mosque in Muzaffarabad accommodates more than 6,000 worshippers. The mosques contain spacious courtyards and have a design similar to the al-Haram Mosque in Mecca and the Prophet's Mosque in Medina.
