The delegation of the RBM RF participates in the conference on the dialogue of cultures under the auspices of Egyptian President Al-Sisi
On 13th of March, the international conference "Dialogue of Cultures and Civilizations",which is held under the auspices of the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt Abdel-Fattah Al-Sisi, began in Cairo. The representative forum is organized by the Supreme Islamic Council under the Ministry of Waqfs of Egypt.
The event is attended by delegations from more than 35 countries. The delegation of the Religious Board of Muslims of the Russian Federation, headed by the First Deputy Chairman, Executive Secretary of the Muslim International Forum Damir Mukhetdinov, included the plenipotentiary representative of the Chairman of the RBM RF in the Far Eastern Federal District Jamal Garifullin, the head of the International Department of the RBM RF Ildar Galeev.
The purpose of the conference is to promote the culture of dialogue between peoples who confess different religions and relate themselves to different cultures, to work together to spread the values of good-neighborliness, mutual understanding and brotherhood, to confront intolerance and discord between people. The forum's mission is to strengthen peace between countries and peoples.
