The grand opening of the International Museum of the Life of the Prophet and Islamic Civilization took place. The opening ceremony of the unique museum was held in Saudi Arabia and was held by the Governor of Medina, Prince Faisal bin Salman.
The Museum of the Life of the Prophet Muhammad is located near the Mosque of the Prophet in Medina and will be open within 24 hours. It features many paintings and dozens of interactive displays in 7 languages-Arabic, English, Spanish, Urdu, French, Turkish and Indonesian.
In one of the 25 pavilions of the museum there is an exhibition dedicated to the historical role of women in the time of the Prophet.
