First Deputy Chairman of the Religious Board of Muslims of the Russian Federation, Executive Secretary of the Muslim International Forum, Rector of the Moscow Islamic Institute, Head of the Center for Islamic Studies of St. Petersburg State University, Professor, Doctor of Theology Damir Mukhetdinov joined the editorial board of the Jordanian journal "System of Humanitarian Knowledge".

On 29th of April, 2021, the Religious Board of Muslims of the Russian Federation (RBM RF) hosted a meeting of the Chairman of the RBM RF, General Secreatry of the Muslim International Forum Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin, and the Apostolic Nuncio to Russia, Archbishop Giovanni d’Agnello. First Deputy Chairman, Doctor of Theology, Executive Secretary of the Muslim International Forum Damir Mukhetdinov, Deputy Chairman – Chief of Staff Ildar Nurimanov and Deputy Chairman for Internal Affairs Ravil Seifetdinov were also present on the part of RBM RF.

The Religious Board of Muslims of the Russian Federation hosted a meeting between representatives of the RBM RF and the Embassy of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau. RBM RF was represented at the meeting by: 1st Deputy Chairman of the RBM RF, Executive Secretary of the Muslim International Forum Damir Mukhetdinov, Business Administrator Rafik Fattakhetdinov, Adviser to the Chairman on Economy and Culture Rustem Gizatullin, Head of the ICSIS "Halal" Aidar Gazizov. The diplomatic mission of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau was represented by: Ambassador Mr. Alfredo Cristovau Gomes Lopes, Minister Plenipotentiary Mr. Joao Moussa Dantas, 1st Secretary and Consul Mr. Issoufou Sauane, 2nd Secretary Mr. Leopoldo Samori Mendonsa Lopes Cabral; Administrative Secretary Mr. Marcelo Julio Sami.

A solemn ceremony of awarding the diploma of Doctor of Theology to the first Deputy Chairman of the Religious Board of Muslims of Russia, Executive Secretary of the Muslim International Forum Damir Mukhetdinov, took place at St. Petersburg State University. In an interview, the well-known scientist and theologian spoke about the university's rich theological legacy, the projects of the Center for Islamic Studies of St. Petersburg State University, the secrets of successful work in the context of a pandemic, as well as how education and interdisciplinarity help save lives.

On 19 of April, 2021, the United Arab Emirates Day was held in the Ramadan Tent, an annual cultural and charitable project implemented with the support of the Religious Board of Muslims of the Russian Federation (RBM RF) and the Government of Moscow.
