According to the Religious administration of Muslims of Kazakhstan ( RAMK), the idea of creating an Islamic encyclopedia was announced at a meeting of the Council of Scientists in Ust-Kamenogorsk, where the Supreme Mufti of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nauryzbay Taganuly arrived on a working visit the day before.
