First Deputy Chairman of the Religious Board of Muslims of the Russian Federation, Executive Secretary of the Muslim International Forum, Rector of the Moscow Islamic Institute, Director of the Center for Islamic Studies of St. Petersburg State University Damir Mukhetdinov met with Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, Honored Artist of Azerbaijan Rafael Huseynov during his visit to Azerbaijan

The XI International Forum "Islam in the Multicultural World" has started its work on 14th of October at Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University on the basis of the Institute of International Relations with the support of the Foundation for Islamic Culture, Science and Education.

On 12th of October, the First Deputy Chairman of the Religious Board of Muslims of the Russian Federation, Executive Secretary of the Muslim International Forum, Director of the Center for Islamic Studies of St. Petersburg State University, Professor Damir Mukhetdinov, who is on a visit to Baku, visited the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts and met with the Rector of AGUKI, Doctor of Art History, Professor Jeyran Mahmudova, vice-rectors and leading professorship of the university.

On 12th of October, First Deputy Chairman of the RBM RF, Executive Secretary of the Muslim International Forum, Doctor of Theology Damir Mukhetdinov, while on a visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan, visited the Baku International Center for Multiculturalism (BMCM) and was received by the leadership of the center headed by Executive Director Ravan Hasanov.

On 11th of October, with the blessing of Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin, the first Deputy Chairman of the Religious Board of Muslims of the Russian Federation, Executive Secretary of the Muslim International Forum, Doctor of Theology Damir Mukhetdinov, began his visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan.
