The Organization of Islamic Cooperation has called for an immediate end to Israel's brutal attacks on Gaza
On Sunday, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) called for an immediate end to Israel's "barbaric attacks" on Gaza. The OIC accused Tel Aviv of "systematic crimes" against the Palestinians.

The OIC statement followed a virtual meeting in which Saudi Arabia and other countries condemned Israel's blasphemy against Islamic holy sites and the eviction of Palestinians from their homes in East Jerusalem, Reuters reported.

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation condemns the inaction of the UN Security Council in relation to what is happening. On Sunday, Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei also issued a separate statement calling for an emergency meeting of the UN General Assembly. Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain, for their part, called for a cease-fire.

It must be said that the UAE and Bahrain last year broke a long-standing taboo and restored formal relations with Israel. Meanwhile, the number of victims of the Israeli aggression in Gaza has exceeded 180 people, among the dead-at least 47 children.
